Hotel Policy

 

Check-in/Check-out for hotel guests:

Check in time is 12:00 Noon and check out time is 10:00 AM

We will be always happy to make every effort to personalise our guests’ stays. Late checkout and early check-in requests may be made by contacting the hotel directly and are subject to availability, early check-in / late check-out charges determination based on hotel occupancy.

Note: '100% payment for room tariff is payable before check-in. Only in-room dining orders or any extra services are settled at the time of check-out.'

 

Children Policy:

Kids are awesome and we love to have them at the property.

 

Children under the age of 5 stays free, if sharing the parents’ bed. Extra mattress fee applies, if required. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

 

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed but with restrictions We are a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are allowed, however the same must be confirmed with the hotel before arrival. Also, taking care of pets is guests’ responsibility. The guests need to ensure that our other guests are not uncomfortable. Any damages caused by the pets shall be the guests’ responsibility.

 

Minimum Age:

Primary guest must be 18 years or older for booking confirmation

 

A valid government issued photo identity card must be presented at the time of check in at the front desk for verification and records. As per the government regulations, PAN card is not a valid document for check-in to hotels in India. A valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 8 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

 

Government Taxes:

We are GST registered and can provide input credit on your bookings

 

Bookings made via online travel portal are inclusive of taxes. Any rate or booking provided over phone and email is without taxes. Net rates including GST must be confirmed by the guest..

 

Booking Confirmation

 

 For OTAs like booking.com etc., where no prepayment option is available for booking, we encourage the guests to confirm their booking by making 50% token advance, or else the booking might not be treated as ‘confirmed’. This is done to ensure that the hotel does not have to face loss on account of no-shows at the last minute.

 

 In peak season time, there is no guarantee that room would be made available on basis of online booking done through OTAs without any token payment to hold the room inventory. Therefore, it’s always better to confirm the booking with the hotel.

 

Cancellation/Amendment Policy :

This policy defines how we handle cancellations at the hotel on advance bookings: Prevailing cancellation policy of any “Hotel Authorised” OTAs like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Booking.Com, Agoda, etc. will be applicable, when booked through them.

 

For FITs

If you are booking through a third-party travel agent or directly with the hotel, the following policy will be applicable;

​

– If cancellation/amendment is made 15 days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

​

– If cancellation/amendment is made 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of room tariff will be charged.

​

– If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

 

– In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

 

– Early Bird/ Long Stay/ Last Min/ Package Rates are Non-changeable & Non-refundable

 

For Bulk Bookings:

For bulk/ event bookings, cancellation would not be possible after booking confirmation unless there's some natural calamity, prohibitory order, government orders.

Swimming Pool:

​

We encourage guests to have fun in the pool, while duly following the protocol and maintaining decency & decorum Proper Swimming costume and cap is a mandatory requirement to be able to use the pool and we encourage the guests to bring their own swimming costumes and accessories. Kids should not be left unattended near the poolside and must be accompanied with at least one parent/ guardian necessarily. Drinking, eating or chewing anything is strictly not allowed inside or near the poolside. We encourage the guest to carry their own playing ball, floating tubes, etc. and the hotel cannot be held liable to provide the same. The guests are expected to abide by the pool rules, duly mentioned near the pool area, or the management deserves the right to deny access to the swimming pool without assigning any reasons thereof.

 

Safekeeping:

 

The guests shall themselves be responsible for the safekeeping of their personal or precious belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of their valuables.

Force Majeure Clause:

 

Hotels shall not be liable for failure to perform their obligations, or for any damages / losses occured to guests due to any unforeseen events beyond their control, act of God, natural disasters, etc.

Illegal Activity:

 

We have Zero tolerance policy for any sort of illegal activity in our premises We are a family property and encourage healthy environment. The management reserves the right to cancel any reservations, without notice or refund, if we are notified of any illegal activities like gambling, consuming prohibited drugs, prostitution or any sort of prohibited activities at hotel premises by the guest.
