Cancellation & Amendment Policy
The cancellation and amendment policy applicable to a reservation depends on the booking channel.
OTA Bookings
For bookings made through authorised OTAs such as Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, etc., the cancellation and amendment policy displayed by the respective OTA at the time of booking shall apply.
FIT / Individual Bookings
For bookings made directly with the property or through a third-party travel agent, excluding bulk bookings and long stays of more than 3 days, the following policy applies:

| 8 - 15 days before arrival date | 50% of total room tariff + taxes |
| 0 - 7 days before arrival date | 100% of total room tariff + taxes |
| No-show | 100% of total room tariff + taxes |
*Early Bird, Long Stay, Last Minute and Package Rates cannot be modified and are non-refundable.
Bulk Bookings
For bulk, group, corporate or event bookings: cancellation is not permitted after booking confirmation, except in circumstances involving events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as:
- •Natural calamities
- •Prohibitory orders
- •Government orders
Any such situation will be considered subject to applicable circumstances and property policy.
